Prices for company registration
A non–VAT-registered company with a single associate costs 350 euro. A company stamp, if required, costs 15 euro.
The price includes the company address for an unlimited period of time, our fee, the taxes for the notary public, the bank and the Commercial Register, 1 certificate and optionally one stamp for the owner.
For this kind of company registration, you need to come to Bulgaria only once. The company will be registered after one week.
A company which is VAT registered and has only one associate, costs 550 euro.

For this kind of company registration, you need to come to Bulgaria twice.
The first time you come for the company registration in the Commercial Register. This registration costs 350 euro and takes 2 or 3 work days.
You have to come once again after that for the VAT registration. It costs 200 euro and takes up to 2 weeks. On your second visit, you may open the company's bank accounts, if you want to open them in Bulgaria.
